Cancellation Policy

Please cancel appointments with 24 hour notice.

If cancelled less than 24 hours, 50% of the service price will be charged to your card on file.

If you no show your appointment without contacting us, 100% of the service price will be charged to your card on file.

If you are 15+ minutes late, we have the right to refuse service, charge 50% of the service price to your card on file and you will have to contact us to reschedule.
